We study soft matter and biophysical chemistry using statistical mechanical theories, molecular dynamics simulations, and Monte Carlo simulations of models of DNAs, chromatins, polymers, nanoparticles, proteins, and other organic molecules.
Our recent focuses are on out-of-equilibrium processes and molecular motors.
